The fund provides financing to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) affected by the COVID-19 outbreak to assist them in alleviating short term cash flow problems, subject to Bank Negara Malaysia eligibility criteria.

A fund that is specifically designed to increase agrofood production for Malaysia and for export purposes through the provision of financing at affordable rates. BAE Targeted Relief and Recovery Facility-i

BAE Targeted Relief and Recovery Facility-i (BAE TRRF-i) is to provide relief and support the recovery of eligible Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the services sector that are adversely affected by the reintroduction of containment measure since June 2020.

  • Offered under the Shariah concept of Bai Al-Einah.
  • Financing up to RM500,000 per SME under category of Small or Medium and RM75,000 per SME under category of Micro.
  • Financing tenure up to 7 years, including 6 months moratorium on monthly instalments.
  • Financing rate of 3.5% fixed per annum.
  • Recipients of Special Relief Facility 2020/Special Relief Facility-i 2020 and PENJANA SME Financing/PENJANA SME Financing-i are eligible for this facility subject to maximum financing limit per SME and total aggregate financing limit.
  • Recipients of PENJANA Tourism Financing/PENJANA Tourism Financing-i are not eligible for this facility.

The fund provides financing to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) affected by the recent flood to assist them in alleviating their financial burden and facilitate the resumption of their business operations, subject to Bank Negara Malaysia eligibility criteria.

  • Financing up to RM700,000 per SME under category of Small or Medium and RM150,000 per SME under category of Micro.

BAE High Tech Facility-i - National Investment Aspirations

The fund provides financing to support high tech and innovation-driven Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that are adversely affected by COVID-19.

  • Financing up to RM5 million per SME.
    • Up to RM1 million per SME for working capital; or
    • Up to RM5 million per SME for capital expenditure (CAPEX); or
