Assistance for working capital and capital expenditure for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
Working Capital Guarantee Scheme-i 2
A scheme set up to assist SMEs in all sectors to gain access to financing for working capital and capital expenditure.
Features:
- Based on the Shariah concept of Bai Al-Einah (Clean Basis)
- Maximum Financing: Up to RM10,000,000 (aggregate limit of RM10 million for each company for all Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan (SJPP) guarantee schemes)
- Guarantee Coverage: Up to 70% guarantee (on the principal and profit) by Government of Malaysia
- Financing tenure up to 12 years or until 31 December 2035, whichever is earlier
Requirements:
- SMEs from all sectors with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian citizens
- Refinancing of existing facility granted by the same or other participating Financial Institutions (FI) is not allowed

Working Capital Guarantee Scheme-i Start-up
A scheme set up to assist start up SMEs in all sectors to gain access to financing for working capital and capital expenditure.
Features:
- Based on the Shariah concept of Bai Al-Einah (Clean Basis)
- Maximum Financing: Up to RM500,000
- Guarantee Coverage: Up to 70% guarantee (on the principal and profit) by Government of Malaysia
- Financing tenure up to 12 years or until 31 December 2035, whichever is earlier
Requirements:
- Start-up SMEs from all sectors with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian citizens
- Refinancing of existing facility granted by the same or other participating Financial Institutions (FI) is not allowed

Working Capital Guarantee Scheme-i Bumiputera 2
A scheme set up to assist Bumiputera SMEs in all sectors to gain access to financing for working capital and capital expenditure.
Features:
- Based on the Shariah concept of Bai Al-Einah (Clean Basis)
- Maximum Financing: Up to RM3 million
- Guarantee Coverage: Up to 80% guarantee (on the principal and profit) by Government of Malaysia
- Financing tenure up to 12 years or until 31 December 2035, whichever is earlier
Requirements:
- Bumiputera SMEs from all sectors with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian Bumiputera citizens
- Refinancing of existing facility granted by the same or other participating Financial Institutions (FI) is not allowed

Working Capital Guarantee Scheme-i Women
A scheme set up to assist SMEs owned and controlled by women in all sectors to gain access to financing with lower cost of financing and increase women entrepreneurs, increase high performing women SMEs and elevate micro women businesses to SMEs.
Features:
- Based on the Shariah concept of Bai Al-Einah (Clean Basis)
- Maximum Financing: Up to RM1 million
- Guarantee Coverage: Up to 80% guarantee (on the principal and profit) by Government of Malaysia
- Financing tenure up to 12 years or until 31 December 2035, whichever is earlier
Requirements:
- SMEs owned and controlled by women from all sectors with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian women citizens
- Refinancing of existing facility granted by the same or other participating Financial Institutions (FI) is not allowed

Working Capital Guarantee Scheme-i Export
Features:
- Based on the Shariah concept of Bai Al-Einah (Clean Basis)
- Financing amount up to RM10 million
- Guarantee Coverage: Up to 80% guarantee (on the principal and profit) by Government of Malaysia
- Financing tenure up to 12 years or until 31 December 2035, whichever is earlier
Requirements:
- SMEs from all sectors which are export oriented with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian citizens
- Refinancing of existing facility granted by the same or other participating Financial Institutions (FI) is not allowed
