- Introduction of Cash Advance Fee for Public Bank Cards and Public Islamic Bank Cards-i

| Overseas | RM5.10 + 0.65% of the total Cash Advance amount |
RM3.80 + 0.29% of the total Cash Advance amount |
- Discontinuation of Provisioning of Duplicate Copy of Sales Draft for all Public Bank Cards and Public Islamic Bank Cards-i
