  • RM10.00 stamp duty for Declaration/Indemnity Form
4 Safe Deposit Box-i Agreement and Mandate to Operate
  • RM10.00 stamp duty for Safe Deposit Box-i Agreement
  • RM10.00 stamp duty for Mandate to Operate the Safe Deposit Box-i (if any)
  • RM10.80 (including Service Tax) for each request to change the mandate for operating the Safe Deposit Box-i
5 Access Fee RM21.60 (including Service Tax) per access after the 10th access to Safe Deposit Box-i in any one calendar month
